SAS CUSTOMER INSIGHT MANAGER/ANALYST £350 - £400 PER DAY - LONDON - SAS, EXCEL, VBA, REPORTING, CAMPAIGN

My client is a very successful Retails business who maximise the value of their customer's journeys by the best opportunities to engage and influence customers.

JOB:

As the SAS Insight Analyst Manager you will be working in an analysis team you will be assigned for most of your time to one my clients major clients.

The purpose of the role is to provide insight and reporting services to the client. As the Insight Analyst you will be responsible for delivering accurate and insightful reports to a specified time schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop a variety of reports for the client, using SAS and Excel
- Building and developing a team
- Build, validate and deliver specific analytic models designed to generate true customer insight
- Provide written and verbal output on reports
- Manage stakeholders expectations and promote planning/analysis & research functions
- Lead and coordinate small project based teams on specific pieces of work
- Be able to present as part of the team

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Information technology or Human-Computer Interaction
- Minimum 2years experience in marketing or business analytics setting
- Minimum 2 years analysis, predictive modelling or segmentation experience

YOU & SKILL SET:

- Extensive use of SAS for data manipulation and statistical model development using SAS/STAT
- Experience with Excel including programming elements.
- Some experience with CHAID would be desirable
- Experience in understanding the business issues and concerns of clients
- Be able to turn insights and analyst reports in to actionable recommendations for the client
- Work within the team, lead and coordinate small groups of analysts on projects,
- Excellent team skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good oral communication skills
- Willingness and ability to share knowledge and present insights within the team
- Able to support the development of the team both technically and relationally
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing challenges
