This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced SAS contractor to join a leading client within the Insurance sector. My client is a large international Insurance company. The vacancy will be based in the City of London. This is a short-term assignment to complete back-log of development work due to complete at the end of the year. This is a perfect opportunity to make some extra money leading up to Christmas.
Essential
*5 years + experience at using SAS in a business environment (ideally insurance but would consider other fields such as pharmaceuticals etc.).
*Strong Base SAS programming, SQL and SAS Macro language experience
*SAS Certified Advanced Programmer (or like). We would consider a SAS Certified Base programmer with extensive experience.
*Aptitude for mathematical calculations
*Demonstrable experience at improving SAS code efficiency
