SAS Business Analyst Job

SAS BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bridgewater, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Business Analyst for SAS applications for Business Intelligence and Analytics (BIA).
- As part of IS group function the candidate will serve as Business Analyst for SAS project(s) within Business Intelligence and Analytics group and will be responsible for eliciting, validating and documenting processes that will automate the collection of data for the Client's Sales and Marketing group.
- Elicit, author, review and verify processes related to SAS/SAS programs.
- Conduct requirements sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Document business and functional requirements specifications
- Develop requirement use cases, use case models, user interface wireframes
- Analyze the AS-IS processes, identify improvement opportunities with client stakeholders
- Define and document TO-BE processes in collaboration with Stakeholders
- Review requirements documentation with business and technical stakeholders, incorporate feedback and get approvals
- Provide clarification on requirements to technical and test teams
- Author and review test cases and ensure alignment of Test cases with requirements
- Evaluate quality and completeness of data and the potential impact to the project
- Be a point contact for all technical inquiries on the project
- Contribute SAS technical expertise to Matrix projects involving multiple internal and external constituents.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum five (5) years of experience in Business Analyst role implementing enterprise software systems
- Experience working in Pharma and/or Healthcare industries strongly preferred
- Experience with validation of IS computer systems in an FDA regulated environment; Experience with 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Driven, self-motivated individual;
- Strong communication and Collaboration skills;
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, attention to Detail
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - collect, organize, interpret data and analyze results
- SAS programming skills preferred
- SAS administration skills preferred
- SQL programming skills preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field.
- Seven (7+) years of experience as a business/system/data analyst
