SAS BUSINESS ANALYST - LONDON

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in London as a SAS Business Analyst.

- Compile and produce analysis to prevent and detect staff fraud, responding to emerging trends and attack.
- Identify, monitor, escalate and respond to emerging fraud trends in MO, attack profile, client profile
- Ensure a robust Governance Framework is enforced when delivering new exception reports.
- Manage process to ensure conformance to all team governance and control policies and processes
- Ensure stakeholders are engaged and sign-off all relevant documents.
- Produce a suite of exception reports which highlight instances of pre-defined activities deemed to be suspicious for further investigation
- Perform ad-hoc analysis using complex statistical tools such as SAS, BIW for key stakeholders, making relevant and informed business change recommendations
- Provide insight in to the level of data available and relevant data structures across all of the businesses systems globally
- Accurately assess the time/resource required to deliver new exception reports

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

- Extensive SAS experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- At least 5 years banking experience
- Strong data analysis experience
- Experience within fraud would be advantageous
