Sap Workday Specialist/SME

We are looking for a SAP Workday Specialist! This is for an really interesting end client within the oil and gas industry in THE Hague, THE Netherlands! The contract position is for about 3 months with the possibility to extend!

Project description

WE are searching for candidates who can help this oil and gas company with the creation of a good overview of the integration (interfaces) and data architecture requirements and how it would or would not map or connect to the prevailing SaaS vendors, prior to starting on any system replacement work.

Items to be delivered are:
Documentation of the interface/integration requirements to connect Workday to SAP (mini-master) and the associated data requirements to ensure that the on premise SAP Payroll and bespoke International Mobility functionalities keep running;

Advise on the Workday security model and the link to an external (Shell) identity and access management provider ([Azure] Active Directory, SAML, OneTime Passwords).

Documentation of the Workday data migration limitations;
Validation of the Workday tenant strategy (how many tenant required for how long).

Your profile

Experienced Workday subject matter expert.
Experience with the business processes, object model and integration capabilities of Workday.
Applied and in-depth knowledge of the Workday integration standards and tools.
Knowledge of SAP (ECC6) HR is a bonus.
Good understanding of Architectural methodologies (TOGAF) tools and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Ability to work with persons on different management levels (Project Manager, Programme Director, Senior IT leadership team and Business Process Architects)
