SAP WM Solution Specialist - 7+ Months - Utrecht, NL

GLOBAL ENTERPRISE PARTNERS is currently looking for a SAP WM Solution Specialist for an international customer in Utrecht.

The customer has completed an intensive SAP implementation and as a result there is a requirement for specific SAP WM knowledge and skills.

ROLE:

Monitor the technical performance, availability and functional operation of the applications.

- Troubleshooting, if necessary i.o.m. supplier.
- Proactively identifying the need for improvements, bottlenecks or risks and making proposals
- Coordination with internal/external parties about possibilities for adjustments.
- Translating desired functionalities to change proposals.
- Coordinate with solution manager and business regarding functionality, costs and technical implications of the changes.
- Realise changes to applications.
- Taking care of the first assessment/delivery.
- Take care of transferring to business and managing
- Solving/answering questions or problems within domain.

PROFILE:

Knowledge and affinity of ICT process, specifically within the context of internationally operating organisations

- Relevant application experience
- Knowledge of relevant applications, ITIL, Prince II
- Dealing with changes/leading in smaller projects
- Fluent Dutch (preferable)
- Good communication skills (also in English in word and script)
- Relationship management with various stakeholders
