SAP UTILITIES - SUPPORT CONSULTANT/3 MONTHS/VILVOORDE, BELGIUM
For one of my clients I'm urgently looking for Support Consultant - SAP Utilities. In this role as a Support Consultant - SAP Utilities you will provide day-to-day support for one or more products or applications that are deployed to the production environment. Further, you will ensure the availability of an application or product for end users.
Tasks/responsibilities:
- Treatment of incident and service request tickets within KPIs,
- Change analysis & execution,
- Interaction with offshore colleagues on tickets and changes.
Additional information
- Role: SAP Utilities - Support Consultant
- Duration: 3 months (possibility for extension)
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Vilvoorde, Belgium
