SAP Training Coordinator/Scheduler

One of our well know clients is looking for an experienced SAP Training Coordinator to join their team on a long term contract based in Melbourne.

This role will see you working on numerous different project so you will need to extremely organised and flexible

- Coordinating SAP training requirements, for SAP instances, including scheduled, ad-hoc and project-based training;
- Maintaining a register of SAP courses available to the business, including qualified trainers, relevant manuals and SMEs;
- Organising logistics of training, including scheduling attendees, trainers, SMEs, manuals, training room and other resources as required;
- Maintaining and publishing a calendar of SAP training courses on the internal Intranet;
- Developing and maintaining SAP training material, including system manuals, quick reference guides, system process documentation and training presentations;
- Facilitating others to develop/maintain SAP training material as appropriate;
- Maintaining content on the internal Intranet and ensuring all information is relevant and accessible;

The right candidate for this role will need to be down to earth, able to promote a relaxed working environment and be a good communicator. Some limited travel may be required for this role.
