SAP Trainer

The SAP trainers will conduct the training activities for the Belgium business in alignment with the Business Strategy and Roadmap. He/she will validate the training material delivered by the regional training team and adapt it if needed to support the end user training. Excellent verbal and written French and/or Dutch communication skills, preferably Trilingual English/Dutch/French.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and deliver end user training sessions and materials, in line with the Business and IT strategy and roadmap. Work closely with regional training team, project team and the key users to deliver a qualitative training material and organize the training activities in partnership with the local change management teams an local training team.

General skills

- 5-10 years of professional experience in Global Training, User Experience, Program Management, or related discipline, with 3+ years of Training experience in particular with SAP in active implementations
- Experience in developing and implementing a comprehensive global training curriculum with SAP, including Train the Trainer and customized offerings per job function, module, etc.
- International implementation experience, in multi-country/multi-language roll-outs, based on global template is a plus
- Experience in creating Training Approach and tactics, tools, metrics and reporting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Strong didactical skills and creativity
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to successfully work in a Matrix environment and in a global organization
- Resistance to stress and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines
- Team spirit and cross cultural awareness
- Experience in SAP ECC, Specific SAP module knowledge and expertise is a plus (like IS-Retail, Material Management, Inventory Management, FICO, SD, BW, HR ...)

- Solid experience in creating Training Approach and tactics, tools, metrics and reporting Proficient with MS Office applications
