SAP Technical Netweaver Architect Opportunity - Switzerland

Next Ventures are currretnly looking for a SAP Technical Architect with experience in Portals for a project in Switzerland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analysis and specification of technical requirements, contribute or propose technical designs in the area of NetWeaver, Basis and technical architecture
- Focus and excellence on portal architecture, web technology, mobility solutions, portal content, integration with Back End application Servers
- Support and assist functional teams to evaluate technical solution options for new projects or new requirements
- Pro-active collaboration with functional teams and development team
- Assist project managers in planning and execution of country deployments in adherence with standardized methodology

SKILL PROFILE

- In depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and Basis
- Design, planning, installation & technical configuration SAP modules & components
- In depth knowledge SAP portals and related web technologies
- Experience or solid knowledge on mobility solutions
- Experience with portal content administration and related development standards
- Error handling and issue resolution
- Experience with security standards
- Experience with Back End integration and administration of Back End databases

REQUIREMENTS

- University degree or comparable formal education or proven track for ability to work in a structured and methodic way
- Minimum 5 years experience in ERP projects
- Minimum 5 years experience SAP Netweaver ERP and Basis
- Minimum 3 years experience Portal architecture, administration and web technologies
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- Willingness for team work, able to work independently and within teams
- Work with a global perspective and with a multinational team, respecting different cultures and behaviors

Languages:

- Fluent English in spoken and written form
- German: advantage

Other requirements:

Willingness to limited travel (apr. 10%)

Willingness to work on call basis during peak time (major global releases, severe issue resolution in operations 3rd level support)
