SAP Technical Lead

Portland Resourcing is looking for SAP Technical lead to be based in Vienna Austria.

Under the supervision of the Director, O-COR and in the context of the new integrated ERP solution implemented, the incumbent is the ERP Technical Lead who will have the responsibility to systematically monitor and proactively optimize the ERP system's performance, including the use of key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the provision of uninterrupted ERP services to all stakeholders in order to allow for the continuous improvement of the Organization's operations and the overall quality and effectiveness of my clients services.

A minimum of 10 years experience in supporting or implementing SAP solutions/landscapes, as well as extensive experience as a SAP Technical and/or Project Lead. Must have an holistic, strategic and detailed knowledge of SAP end-to-end technical operations including BASIS components. Additionally, an excellent and proven understanding of SAP methodologies, tools monitoring through KPIs, concepts, and strategies. Furthermore, extensive experience in managing ERP external service partners as an advantage. Broad understanding of SAP and non-SAP technologies (ie SAP Solution Manager, System Change Diagnostics, SOA, BPM, etc). Thorough understanding of SAP Solution Manager and its capabilities.
