-Manage a portfolio of SAP HR projects in a SAP competence center
-Application support for HR SAP modules for new deliveries
-Manage stakeholder relationships at project level
-Define project deliverables and scope
-Manage project planning, scheduling and reporting
-Be the point of escalation for any problems or issues
-Manage small user acceptance test phases
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Knowledge of SAP Customizing in HR module
-Knowledge of other SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO and SAP HR) is an advantage
-Knowledge of formal project management methods
-Ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions
-Third party supplier experience
-Consultative in approach
-Can clearly communicate in English & Deutsch
-Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
