Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Specialist to provide the technical advice and management of all activities associated with the provision of support services, and ensure core business can be achieved through the accessibility and usability of all applications.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Overall support of the SAP Basis system to ensure optimal effectiveness of existing and future functionality and its on-going operation
- Providing business consultation and advice in relation to the impact of development or change to SAP Basis
- Liaising with stakeholders on the preparation of Change Request Specifications
- Managing overall administration of SAP application
- Developing strategy and co-ordinating systematic releases of SAP Basis Support packages

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Solid Solution SAP management experience with a strong focus on Implementation, configuration, maintenance, making best placed recommendations etc.
- Extensive experience in the provision of application support services in SAP PORTAL
- Excellent conceptual and functional understanding of SAP Basis configuration and development
- BI or PI background
- Broad experience in SAP applications with relevant professional qualification
- Oracle 11G
