SAP Support Lead

Our well known Australian client is searching for an experienced SAP Support Lead to join their dynamic company on an initial 6 month contract.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the support and operational functions of an SAP implementation project, which will require your sound business knowledge, technical and analytical skills and effective decision making abilities.

Within this role you will manage technical, security, integration and infrastructure teams across the SAP solution, in addition to external vendor licensing, support and maintenance agreements. You will be required to manage the service of SAP to the business and as this is a growing team and company, you will need to implement new support processes in order to prioritise the support issues.

Having a broad understanding in SAP (in particular the finance concepts), strong SAP operations management experience and a high level understanding of technical integration in SAP idocs and Process Integration (PI) will be required for success in this role.

This will be an initial 6 month contract commencing in December 2014.
