SAP Supply Chain Planner, 9 Month Contract, FMCG, Dublin, Ireland

Immediate requirement for SAP Supply Chain Planner in FMCG based in South Dublin for 9 month contract.

Large FMCG company with European operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the effective administration of the day to day inventory ordering from supply point, including PO and STO administration,
Partner with Production Planning to identify and reconcile gaps and supply shortages, providing early warning systems for issue identification.
Chair Weekly Short-term Forecast Review meetings to optimize availability in short term.
Regular reporting on Stock levels & availability issues throughout the business.
Publication of Daily stock reports and Days Cover report .
Monitoring of Shelf life and regular risk analysis reporting.
Wastage management,including root cause analysis & reporting
Management & control of quality status of goods inwards and warehouse stock and issue management.
Management of Transport Schedule,

Qualifications:
3rd Level Supply Chain qualification - eg CPIM

Skills & Experience:
- Strong supply/production planning experience, preferably in a Short Shelf-life FMCG environment.
- Strong IT skills including hands on experience in one or more transactional ERP systems, preferably SAP (including APO experience).
- business processes and project management
- Good working knowledge of French would be an advantage.
