SAP Success Factor Consultant

One of our well known & highly reputable Melbourne clients requires the skills of an SAP Success Factors Functional Consultant for an initial 6 month contract

This is an excellent opportunity for an SAP HR professional with sound experience working across SAP Success Factors. This is a chance for your initiatives to be put in place and your solutions to drive the SAP HR/Success Factors environment for this large Melbourne based company.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality SAP Success Factors implementation
- You will be responsible for providing analysis and design for IT solutions to best achieve the objectives of management and end users
- Provide training and documentation of SAP Success Factors and associated HR and Payroll systems
- Support and configuration of SAP Success Factors and SAP HR
- Provide analysis, documentation and testing services to support the overall SAP HR system

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

- 10 plus years minimum experience in SAP HR as a functional consultant.
- Hand on experience with at least 1 SAP Success Factors implementation.
- Experience on multiple implementation of SAP HR with Payroll
- Professional level of written and verbal communication skills

This is an exciting role, which requires a mix of technical & business skills with strong stakeholder management skills are imperative.
