SAP Solution Manager with Charm Configuration

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

SAP Solution Manager 7.0/7.1 with implementation/configuration of ChaRM with Retrofit

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for leading planning and execution of the implementation of Solution Manager ChaRM for use in the Projects.
- Core skills will include detailed knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Setup of Solution Manager, and recommended use of Solution Manager in the implementation of a SAP project, integration of Solution Manager with other related SAP products, project and programme planning.
- Solution Manager ChaRM configuration
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Solution Manager Configuration.
- Enhance SolMan Web UI
- Experience on Retrofit configuration
- Creation of Projects
- Troubleshooting ChaRM issues
- Training End users
- Support Monthly change & release cycle by working closely with Change Manager
- Create new projects, RFCs using ChaRM
- Provide ChaRM technical support
- CTS+

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Solution Manager ChaRM/Retrofit
- 4 to 8 years experience as a Solution Manager
