MAIN DELIVERABLES

- Create a best practice and way of working regarding business process and requirement documentation.
- Create teaching and coaching materials.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Identify best practice how to define business processes and requirements for an production SAP solution in Solman.
- Support defining of a SAP ALM process.
- Train-the-Trainer.
- Support one or more proof-of-concepts regarding documentation of BP & requirements in Solman.
- Support how to include change management of requirements in CHaRM.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

- Senior knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
- Senior knowledge of SAP Business Process structures.
- Experience in documentation of SAP HR, FICO, SCM, Logistics etc.
- Proven experience and skills to setup requirements & business processes from solutions.
- Proven experience working with Reverse Business Process Documentation (RBPD).
- Good English communication skills with Polish language as nice to have

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

- Define the best practice for set up business process structure and
- requirements in Solman for production SAP solutions.
- Define the best practice for requirements management in the whole life cycle (incl. CHaRM)
- Train and knowledge transfer.
