My prestigious Blue Chip client is seeking a Senior (or expert) SAP Service Support Specialist As and experienced SAP Service Support Specialist.
You will be responsible for following command: together with the SAP Service Support team offer support on the following platforms:
SAP ECC 6.0, ADS, BI, CRM, Gateway, Mobile, PI, PO, Portal, SAP Console, SLD, Solution Manager, SRM & SAP BO (including Data Services, Event Insight & Predictive Workbench).
THE FOCUS OF THE ALL-IN-ONE PACKAGE IS:
- Carry out the daily "keep it running" activities
- Incident & Problem management
- Capacity management
- Analyze the EWA reports
- Tune the SAP systems, so that the performance can be guaranteed
- Perform installations
- Patching & Upgrades
- Perform refreshes & copies
It is expected that you will carry out interventions at regular intervals outside office hours (as well as involved in the SAP Service Support guard service), in order not to impact the agreed Sla's.
EXPECTED KNOWLEDGE
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BC
- Thorough knowledge of database management on SAP systems (Oracle)
- Thorough knowledge of solving performance problems of SAP systems
- Deep technical knowledge of multiple SAP systems mentioned in "command"
- Experience with installations on more of the "command" mentioned in SAP systems
EXPECTED EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years of proven experience in SAP BC projects
- Proven experience with tuning SAP systems
- Installation and implementation of SAP Netweaver systems
- Knowledge and experience with administration of Linux systems
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle
- Proven experience with the management of ECC 6.0, Portal, Gateway, NWDI, Mobile 7.0 & Mobile 7.1
- Proven experience with the management & use of ChaRM
FURTHER SPECIFICATIONS
1. Fluent in Dutch and has a good knowledge of English
2. Someone who can take on a lot of responsibility
3. Someone who can work independently
4. Experience with ITIL processes is an asset
