One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP Service Support Consultant.
Please find some details below:
SAP Service Support for SAP platforms: R/3, ECC 6.0, ADS, BI, CRM, Mobile, PI, Portal, SAPConsole, SLD, Solution Manager, SRM & SAP BO (incl Data Services, Event Insight & Predictive Workbench).
Tasks:
- Execute daily "keep it running" activities
- Incident & Problem management
- Support and assist at planned interventions by outsourcing partners
- Analysis EWA reports
- Tuning SAP systems, to guarantee performance
- Follow-up change & release process
