SAP Service Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Ensure SAP services are provided from a service provider in the agreed quality and SLA to the customer
- Monitoring of KPIs and take actions in case of deviations from agreed SLAs
- Coordinate change execution with the supplier/provider
- Act as an escalation point for incidents and problems
- Be the single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for internal departments for SAP related topics aside from standard requests and incidents
- Validate cost estimates provided by the supplier for changes
- Ensure IT general controls are performed by the supplier as defined
- Validate IT general controls effectiveness as part of ITGC lifecycles

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in SAP Service Management
- Good crossmodule technical understanding of SAP
- SOX knowledge
- German/English language skills
