SENIOR SUPPORT COORDINATOR - 3 MONTH CONTRACT - MELBOURNE CBD

Currently recruiting for a large organisation for an urgent 3 month contract working as part of a team made up of Business Analysts and Functional Leads.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Take an active role around process control around key revenue impacting operational processes.
- Ensure that all adjustments, refunds and write-offs are appropriately managed and implemented
- Responsible for providing process guidance over price changes that occur within and also external business partners to ensure that all process controls and quality requirements are being met.
- Key player in the end to end approval process, refund & write-off process.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- Recent commercial experience in a credit management role.
- Proven process improvement and business analysis skills.
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Experience of using SAP along with excellent excel skills.
- Experience working in credit risk within utilities, telecommunications, banking or finance.
