For our Germany based client, a well-established IT Consultancy, I am urgently looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX IFRS 16 Consultant Financials. This is a fully remote assignment and even different time zones can be accommodated.

Job description

• SAP RE-FX IFRS 16 Specialist for spot consulting
• Spot consulting means that it is difficult to forecast the capacity. The first step is to work on the tasks described and certainly one or two more topics, but the whole project is very manageable.

Your tasks

• 1. Change at Purchase Option:
a. Likely to unlikely
b. Unlikey to likely
• 2. Second change (after point 1) Purchase Option
a. Term change
b. Amount change
• 3. special G/L indicator for lease in and for lease out
• 4. posting with "zero" amount in conditions (lease-out and lease-in)
• 5. posting of valuation (lease-out) to different revenue accounts (domestic, foreign, IC, etc.)
• 6. distribution of revenue values (incl. posting) to corresponding posting period (lease-out)
• 7. preparation of service charge settlement (in case of tenant change or at the end of the WY)

Your skills

• Several years of SAP RE-FX experience
• Ability to implement the requirements described above.
• Very deep RE-FX IFRS 16 know-how is necessary.
• BADI development experience is a plus
• Language skills: English (project language is English)
