The right candidate will have a mix of Security and Basis experience, more heavily leaning towards Security. GRC experience is not essential but would be a benefit as the successful candidate would eventually be using GRC within this role.
Managerial background is not essential, but the ability to be able to demonstrate managerial skills would be very important. This ability, coupled with 5-8 years of SAP Security experience is what my client is ideally looking for.
