One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP SD OTC Consultant.

Description:

Role- SAP SD Business Analyst (Order 2 cash)
o 50% demand assessments (intake, high level requirements understanding, high level conceptual design, high level estimate) and 50% product owner or BA in a large project
Primary Location: Beerse Belgium.
Secondary locations/Travel: Limited/sporadic travel for business and team alignment. Candidates need to have a passport to travel to all EU/Schengen countries and Switzerland.
Duration: November 5th until end 2018 with possible extension in 2019.

Important:

- Strong personality, being able to cope with Russian stakeholders
- Very good communicator and diplomat, but not scared to start difficult discussions (out-of-the-box functionality instead of custom dev)
- Very good and understandable English tongue and good understanding of Russian language
- Extensive SAP SD experience, ABAB knowledge and FI-integration experience/knowledge
- SOx knowledge (GxP knowledge is added value)
- On-site presence on MON+TUE+WED+THU (remote only possible on FRI)

Agile and BA experience are still important, but not so important that the SAP SD OTC and SAP FI (functional & technical) knowledge and experience

We are looking for a flawless English-speaking SAP SD expert (both functional & technical), having extensive knowledge in business-facing assignments and experience with Russian business users, being able to address them in Russian.

Technology: SAP, Area: Order to Cash (SAP-SD)
Project Methodology - Experience in Agile is must
Tool Knowledge - JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM Quality Center, DocSpace

Minimum required skills:

System Experience:

oExcellent knowledge of the SAP SD module (Order processing - Delivery processing - Billing), interfacing related to SAP SD and knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and FI modules
oMinimum 5 years SD hands-on SAP SD configuration Experience.
oExcellent knowledge of Order to Cash processes, and Supply Chain processes in general.
oBeing able to find out how the system is setup/enhanced by deep diving into the system in case documentation is lacking.
oExperience in project assessments & blueprinting.

Business Facing Experience:

oBusiness facing communication skills: ask the right questions about business processes in order to come to system requirements (First process, then system). oExplain the functional design to a business audience (No tech talk!)
oExperience in project work in a virtual and very international team, work against a project plan with milestones.
oAbility to align solution design concept between the product owner, functional, technical and integrating teams.
oAbility to work independently on tasks and report on ETC.
oHigh sense of compliance.

Other Skills:

oExperience with working in an international environment, with key users located across Europe and beyond.
oExperience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.
oKnowledge of the SAP cross system flow of goods solution & APO global ATP check
oTool knowledge: Being able to analyze programs (read/debug ABAP coding)
o Experience with interfacing via Middleware Web Methods"
