SAP SD Order to Cash Team Leader

SAP SD Order to Cash Team leader required to deliver a European template rollout for an industry leader - long term contract - daily rates plus flights, accommodation, meals, transportation, 3 - 4 days onsite per week - based in HollandDenmark, Norway and Sweden initially.

Deliverables;

- Lead the team of SAP SD Order to Cash Consultants
- End to end delivery of SAP SD Order to Cash Solution - SAP SD OTC - SAP SD O2C
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements
- Local countries fit gap analysis - Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, UK, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic
- Business blueprint design
- Identification of functional gaps
- Testing
- Training
- Data Migration
- Preparation of Go-Live activities
- Supporting post go-live activities

Experience required;

- Minimum 8 years SAP process and hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SD Order to Cash Solution - SAP SD OTC - SAP SD O2C
- Minimum 3 full life cycle SAP project implementations template rollouts or end to end implementations
- Strong team leadership and people management skills are essential
- Experienced in global template localisation - Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Belgium, France, UK, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic
- End to end deliver of SAP Retail SD solutions is beneficial
- Maturity in personal skills and the practical application SAP methodologies
- Pragmatic attitude and flexible to changing priorities and demands
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Fluent in English is essential
- German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Dutch speaking is beneficial

3 - 4 days onsite per week.
