SAP SD Business Analyst required by Whitehall Resources on a 6 week initial contract based in Antwerp
Description:
Role- SAP SD Business Analyst (Order 2 cash)
- 50% demand assessments (intake, high level requirements understanding, high level conceptual design, high level estimate) and 50% product owner or BA in a large project
Primary Location:
- Antwerp Belgium
Secondary locations/Travel:
- Limited/sporadic travel for business and team alignment.
- Candidates need to have a passport to travel to all EU/Schengen countries and Switzerland.
Duration:
- 6 weeks with possible extension in 2019.
Technology:
- SAP, Area: Order to Cash (SAP-SD)
- Project Methodology - Experience in Agile is must
- Tool Knowledge - JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM Quality Center, DocSpace
Language:
- English
- Knowledge of Russian would be plus
Minimum required skills:
System Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP SD module (Order processing - Delivery processing - Billing), interfacing related to SAP SD and knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and FI modules
- Minimum 5 years SD hands-on SAP SD configuration Experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Order to Cash processes, and Supply Chain processes in general.
- Being able to find out how the system is setup/enhanced by deep diving into the system in case documentation is lacking.
- Experience in project assessments & blueprinting.
Business Facing Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & writing) required. Knowledge of Russian language is a big plus!
- Business facing communication skills: ask the right questions about business processes in order to come to system requirements (First process, then system).
- Explain the functional design to a business audience.
- Experience in project work in a virtual and very international team, work against a project plan with milestones.
- Ability to align solution design concept between the product owner, functional, technical and integrating teams.
- Ability to work independently on tasks and report on ETC. High sense of compliance.
Other Skills:
- Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across Europe and beyond.
- Experience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.
- Knowledge of the SAP cross system flow of goods solution & APO global ATP check
Tool knowledge:
- Being able to analyze programs (read/debug ABAP coding)
- Experience with interfacing via Middleware Web Methods
