- Recommendation and development of corrections to SCM performance issues.
- Provide recommendations to improve customers SCM upgrade processes.
- Assist in identification of problems with SCM upgrade code.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between Customer Add Ons, CDP code and SAP Service packs for SCM. Enhancements of existing CDPs in SCM functionality/code.
- Assist in integration testing and cutover issues as related to SCM upgrade.
- Functional Support of SCM related topics. Knowledge transfer to Ford functional/development teams.
- SAP SCM 7.x experience for SAP Service Parts Management (SPM)
