SAP SCM Consultant (APO DP, SNP, PPDS or gATP)

Content and Goals

The client carries out ambitious, successful supply-chain management projects. In this, we support our customers through the phases of devising and implementing solutions, to production startups, follow-up services and optimisation.

We advise large international companies as well as medium-sized enterprises.
As the number of mySAP SCM project situations is increasing continuously, we are enlarging our mySAP SCM team. Consequently, we are looking for a mySAP SCM Consultant (m/f) who can start as soon as possible.

Expectations and Assignments

Within the scope of national and international projects, you will be expected to develop solutions relating to all aspects of supply chain management, including sales planning, distribution planning, production planning and production, as well as performing
availability checks on customer and production orders and transport planning. In co-operation with our customers, you will use SAP NetWeaver Technologies to design, implement and co-ordinate innovatory collaborative scenarios in co-operation with their
customers and suppliers. Our work covers cross-location and inter-company processes as well as the rapid adjustment of supply chains to new market conditions. You will be expected to place your experience and know-how at the service of our customers.

Your Profile

Two to three years of professional experience in the field of operations planning, distribution and production using IT-based processes and MRP II and/or APS planning procedures.

A very good university degree in the field of business administration, information management, (industrial) engineering or a natural science degree and similar professional experience.

At least one year of professional experience using the Advance Planning Optimiser (APO) and experience in projects with at least one of the following modules: DP, SNP, PP/DS oder gATP.
A very good knowledge of IT (Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP], the Internet, optimisation).

A good knowledge of SAP R/3 systems.
Excellent communication and team skills.
The ability to communicate complex matters.
Competence in solving problems.
You must be mobile and enjoy travelling.
A good command of written and spoken English , German is a plus.
