SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
The IS project manager will be reporting to the CIO. Together with the Business Project Lead, the IS Project Manager will have the challenging task to successfully bring together all suppliers and critical staff to continuously deliver at high speed and high quality, at the same time keeping pace with the operating model and other parallel projects. The result of the first phase beyond preparation is to deliver a standard ERP template that can be used for trial at minimally two international pilots (to be decided). The verify phase will be used to verify all implementation processes and templates prior to roll out and correct where necessary.
The responsibility of the IS Project Manager will be:
- Managing the project team (internal & external resources)
- Set up and safeguarding of the project plan and project methodology, including the ERP and connected Business Applications
- Managing the technical setup of the ERP system according to the defined template
- Managing the integration of the ERP with the connected Business Applications
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- 10 years+ experience in delivering complex projects
- Successfully delivered S/4HANA or other (public) SAP Cloud based solutions
- Successfully delivered SAP ERP implementations in an international environment
- Successfully applied new project methodologies to increase delivery speed and quality
- Ability to manage multiple external parties
- Ability to identify Organizational Change Management (OCM) requirements and direct change managers and change advocates
- Natural communicator binding people and communities
- Persuasive management style
- Culturally aware
