SAP Retail Support Consultant - Dutch Speaker

Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Dutch speaking SAP Retail support consultant for a role based in Amsterdam

Responsibilities:

Solving incidents on SAP
Contacting end users in stores, to solve incidents
Administration of incidents in system (TopDesk)

Job description:

Merge with the business to listen to their needs and elaborate them, capture and describe the requirements in process descriptions, information analysis and/or project definition

Participate in projects, part of a project group to lead a project

Support the business in their test process, update documentation, and compile procedures

Active participation in analyzes and proposals for developments

Link between external party and business and manage the quality of the delivered products

Support the operation, as necessary by solving problem notifications.

Required knowledge, skills, material, languages,

A thorough knowledge of SAP is a requirement (one of the following modules MM, SD, FiCo); Thorough knowledge of computer applications

A good understanding of the business processes retail

Location: Amsterdam

Duration: 6 months based on 80% utilisation

Rate: €60 per hour
