SAP QM Specialist

For a major international client in Canton of Vaud, we are looking for a:

SAP QM SPECIALIST

to implement our client's SAP-centric Quality Management solution as well as to ensure that the system integration to Supply Chain operations allows full visibility and traceability of the materials & products.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Document business process scope and SAP organisational structure.
- Perform configuration & support activities, utilising offshore services as directed.
- Document business requirements (functional & technical) and monitor development delivery in case of business process gaps.
- Organise and facilitate user workshops.
- Advise and train market contacts in trouble free usage of the SAP Solution.
- Scope, prepare and support functional unit, process and market testing and resolves potential issues.
- Support the documentation of End User Training material and the execution of the End User Trainings.
- Provide input for role variants and role assignments.
- Define scope for Data Migration and support data loading activities.
- Support the preparation and execution of the cutover and solution Go-Live activities.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

- Good knowledge of Quality Management processes and inter-relationships with other business areas.
- IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE AS A SAP QM CONSULTANT, PREFERABLY IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY, INCLUDING VENDOR AUDIT MANAGEMENT BASED ON QUALITY INFO RECORDS AND ISSUE MANAGEMENT USING THE NON-CONFORMITIES SAP NOTIFICATIONS FUNCTIONALITY (PROCESS MAPPING, CONFIGURATION, TESTING, TRAININGbatch jobs etc.
- DEPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE WITH SAM MM AND WM, ESPECIALLY THE INTEGRATION TO SAP QM ON IM AND WM LEVEL, AS WELL AS FOR TRACEABILITY AND BATCH & STOCK MANAGEMENT.
- Certification in SAP QM including ABAP
- Excellent verbal & written presentation and communication skills in English

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2016 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.

THE CLIENT IS LOCATED IN THE CANTON OF VAUD. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
