SAP Project Manager/cutover Lead - Illinois

We are looking for Project Manager for Cutover project.

Position Details - Description
This resource will be a Manager within our customer's functional practices in Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain practices. They will work with clients to manage the design and realization of solutions and grow their knowledge and responsibilities within their practice. The resource will also be a leader in managing projects, and a leading expert in designing and executing cutover strategies and detailed cutover plans for complex SAP cutovers. For their first project, this resource will successfully define and manage the cutover of the various go-lives of a complex SAP solution covering full ECC, APO, CRM, and BI/BO. Besides planning, the consultant will actively coordinate, manage, track, and report cutover activities, escalate problems, drive resolutions, and keep the functional teams on-track in performance of the cutover.

Position Details - Skills Required

- Project Management skills, highly adept at Excel, and adequately skills at MS Project or similar tool
- Broad knowledge of SAP ECC, including substantial expertise in at least one of: FI/CO, SD, or MM.
- Demonstrated expertise in data conversion or cutover steps, dependencies, planning, and management
- Strong, engaging leadership and communications skills
- Ability to collaborate and manage across multiple delivery teams for functional, technical, and data migration activities

Position Details - Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

- Exposure to additional SAP products in scope: APO, CRM, or BI/BO

Position Details - Experience

- At least 7 years' IT experience
- At least 3 years' SAP consulting experience on-site with clients
- At least 2 full life-cycles of large, complex SAP solution delivery in a consulting role, as a team lead, migration lead, cutover lead, or manager role
- At least 2 years' experience managing on-shore teams of 10 or more people
