SAP Project Manager

The role requires someone with a strong track record in SAP Implementation Management, with the capability to take responsibility for planning, managing, and execution of a detailed cutover plan. The Implementation planning will include both the actual go-live cutover management as well as the mock cutovers leading up to each go-live.

The incumbent will ensure that all elements of the SAP system are implemented, tested and able to go live, provide a project plan in conjunction with the programme team, finance departments & finance stakeholders - Divisional FD's locally and in the regions and provide a Gap analysis between current systems and SAP scoped solution.

Successful candidates will have at least 8 years broad SAP experience, covering SAP PM, BIM and Cutover type activities, SAP Master Data and SAP process design. It is important that this experience has been gained as part of a Global roll-out. There is a need to evidence success in SAP enabled Change Management programmes driving improvements in controls through the introduction of fundamental changes in business processes, organisation structures and business systems.

First class Programme Governance and stakeholder/relationship management skills are essential, as well as being at ease presenting to the business and articulating the benefits of the new SAP solution to business stakeholders. Candidates should hold extensive experience within SAP design/build/implementation project phases with previous project management experience. Previous experience of a similar role with a SAP logo partner or big four consultancy would be preferable.
