SAP PMO Manager

BOSS ERP have been given the exclusive opportunity to hire an SAP PMO Manager to help support one of the largest SAP programmes in the North West.

This position is for an initial 3 month with a further 18 months signed off in the Project Plan for the right individual. Therefore the contract is expected to run until December 2016.

This individual will be a senior figure within the programme, working closing with the SAP PMO Analysts and the SAP Consultancy.

Key responsibilities

· Manage the issue of invitations to programme meetings

· Monitor attendance at programme meetings

· Prepare and issue minutes of programme meetings

· Maintain the programme meeting schedule

· Manage the conduct of programme reviews

· Prepare programme management reports for senior internal and external stakeholders

. managing additional members of the PMO team both internal and external resources

. manage close relationships with Vendor delivery team

This individual must have worked on a large scale SAP Programme with a full and detailed understanding of the terminology and the way a SAP Project is managed and run.
