SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Data Analyst Needed

My globally known client requires an experienced plant maintenance data analyst to undertake an extensive migration project.

Required Experience
*5 years of working in SAP Plant Maintenance
*At least 2 experiences of working with PM Master Data

Skills
*Ability to independently plan and execute data extracts from SAP
*Analyze data and present them in a format appropriate for business update.
*Define, design and structure load programs
*Work with developers to create load programs or independently create them (eg LSMW)
*Specify calculation of interim master data improvement KPI's
*Build simple tool to report KPI's including necessary data extracts
*Good technical skills that allow for data manipulation using simple tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access database or equivalent.
*Work in and with SAP system
*Knowledge of SAP PM data model and data structures
*General SAP PM process knowledge
*Prior experience with data migration, data analysis and data loading
*Prior experience with data migration and analysis tools

Job Responsibilities
*Propose best strategy for handling PM data objects
*Select data object and fields to analyze and update (input from Master Data team)
*Define master data KPI's for selected objects and specify how to calculate them
*Obtain approved master data standard and definition
*Gather and analyze data
*Prepare load sheets
*Get updated load sheets from the Business units
*Load data into SAP (with the help of technical resource)
*Extract data and calculate interim KPI's
*Capture information, data and programs that are needed for the template go-live
*Extract data sheets supplied to the business
*Suggested approach for best handling of each data object or field based on the data analysis
*Calculation of master data KPI's after each data load and present them
*Supervise the creation of load programs including functional design where needed (LSMW or similar)
*Ensuring version control of load programs and input data
*Ensuring load programs are created that can be reused when the template goes live
*Ensuring load programs are built to appropriately handle create, modify and delete of master data objects and fields.
