SAP OTC Functional Lead

SAP OTC Functional Lead Consultant - Berkshire/Oxford - 6 month rolling contract on a two year programme

The SAP OTC Functional Consultant is a SAP Roadmap Programme delivery role with responsibility for the delivery of the Order to Cash (OTC) business process requirements of the SAP solution. The role will ensure a consistent design and build for all Divisions and countries to ensure the Reach objective of improving our ability to understand and manage risk globally is achieved.

Skills and experience: 5 years plus SAP FICO and RTR experience with 10 years plus in SAP

•Work closely with the OTC BPO and SMEs to define the future state business process requirements, and how these can be delivered using standard SAP functionality. Determine any gaps between requirements and SAP functionalities and define workable solutions to bridge those gaps.
•Provide awareness and knowledge transfer to programme team members on standard SAP functionality that is new to the Press. Assess legacy SAP solutions (especially customizations) and how these might be achieved using standard SAP.
•Lead the design workshops and solution blueprint with support from the business process work streams and SAP application consultants. Identify and resolve design and solution conflicts.
•Lead the implementation activities of the OTC functional solutions including functional specification, configuration and unit testing. Resolve defects arising from integration test activities and/or post go-live support.
•Support the data migration work stream to define data mapping and transformation requirements. Perform required data validation activities during test and Production cutover phases.
•Liaise with OCM work stream to ensure business change impacts can be identified during process definition.
Skills and Experience: Must have 5 years + experience of SD - Order to Cash
•Multiple (10) years of consulting experience across varied customers and industries, including global SAP rollout and/or consolidation programmes.
•SAP functional experience (design and implementation) in the SD, OTC business process areas - including sales order processing, rights and royalities, subscriptions, credit management, billing and accounts receivable.
•SAP functional knowledge of data objects including customers, customer hierarchies, sales offices, regions, ship-to, sold-to, etc.
•Business process design experience with OTC focus.
•Experience in the design of supporting SAP solution requirements including interfaces, outputs, SAP ECC reporting, BW reporting, security and data migration objects.
•Proven experience in SAP implementation based on similar programmes - i.e. template design and build programmes with multiple deployment waves.
•Proven experience in SAP processes and methodologies including testing, cutover, training delivery and post go-live support.
