Projektbeschreibung

SAP Organisational Change Manager required for 18-month contract based in Hong Kong to start ASAP.

The Organisational Change Management (OCM) Manager is responsible for managing the change arising from the SAP implementation in the organisation, including identification of potential risks and creating plans to mitigate the risk and execute these plans.

The OCM Manager identifies whether the new teams and or organisational structures need to be set up as a result of implementing the new SAP enabled processes and as well, how to communicate these changes and what training measures are necessary for the success of the implementation.

1. The responsibilities of the OCM Manager are to:

- Lead the OCM aspects of SAP implementation.
- Develop and implement communication plans to all levels of Stakeholders impacted by the implementation.
- Plan, conceive and implement operational Change Management measures.
- Coach the Company's management and teams where processes and systems are changing as a result of SAP.
- Lead OCM teams, including external consultants and people from different departments, regions of the Company
- Escalate change issues to the Steering Committee via the SAP Program Manager
- Deliver the Organisational Change Management Process through the creation of system and business process acceptance and personal motivation at all levels with specific measures supported by Business Leadership.
- Design and lead OCM training plans, sessions and workshops.

2. The person needs to have:

- At least 10 years of SAP OCM experience, and have been a lead OCM consultant
- At least 6 full SAP life cycle projects, including finance and procurement.
- Track-record of delivering projects as an OCM Lead in a multi-cultural, multi-regional environment, preferably including projects in Asia.
- Proven ability in directing and leading a change team.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Extensive experience in change management techniques and practices.
- Strong experience in business change assignments across a range of different cultures, functions and industries.
- Significant understanding of the core change management techniques including change impact assessments, change/business readiness assessments and planning, stakeholder analysis and management, training design, development, deployment and communications
- Experienced in Change and Communications Management, Project Management and Implementation
- Experience in workshop facilitation, presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience in SAP enable business change programs
