SAP MM CONSULTANT - GENEVA - SWITZERLAND
NextLink is having an existing position as SAP MM CONSULTANT for global projects in Geneva, Switzerland.
SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS
- TITLE: SAP MM consultant
- LOCATION: Geneva
- PERIOD: From April 2017 till March 2018. Possible to be extended.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Run 3rd level support (take, manage and solve helpdesk calls)
- Address and solve incidents on the solution by identifying the underlying root cause.
- Identify, address and design issues to improve the application stability and/or solution performance, if possible proposing ideas for solutions
- Communicate and respect solution deadlines to business by using the company's support infrastructure. Comply with SAPCC internal change and environment management guidelines
- Help the MM project team - when requested - in time critical activities (eg go live preparation or post go live support)
REQUISITES
- Proven experience of 5 years working as SAP MM functional consultant in SAP implementations projects and/or support roles having hands-on expertise in managing material master data and/or MM area.
- As experienced functional consultant the person must bring as well reasonable knowledge of basis topics (transports, archiving, ALE, debugging, etc.).
- EXPERIENCE IN L3 SUPPORT IS A PLUS AND SAP RETAIL ENVIRONMENT IS A STRONG PLUS
- English fluent (min B2 level); FRENCH IS A PLUS
- Self-motivated with strong result orientation and customer focus
