SAP MDG Functional Expert

SAP MDG FUNCTIONAL EXPERT

The consultant will be primary responsibility will be:

- Function as a Subject Matter Expert primarily in the SAP MDG-Customer domain
- Support the Master Data Object Manager in writing the Master Data Guidebooks primarily for the Customer Master
- Responsible for the preparation of Business Blueprint workshop materials and meeting minutes primarily for MDG-Customer
- Responsible for gathering the detailed business requirements as a basis for building the SAP MDG solution primarily for MDG-Customer
- Co-create the Master Data process designs together with the Business Process Consultant and the "client" representatives primarily for MDG-Customer
- Facilitate SAP MDG solution process design, especially in the areas of Master Data business rules and user roles definition primarily for MDG-Customer
- Manage functional specifications for SAP MDG solution primarily for MDG-Customer
- Support the other experts in configuring the SAP MDG solution to meet business requirements primarily for MDG-Customer (and in other MDG domains when needed )
- Document the SAP MDG solution configuration (when applicable)
- Proceed to Unit testing of SAP MDG solution, including Bug fixing in other MDG domains when needed
- Proceed to Integration testing of SAP MDG solution, including Bug fixing in other MDG domains when needed
- Write User Acceptance Test Scripts together with the Application Experts and the Master Data Governance Super Users in other MDG domains when needed
- Support User Acceptance and Regression testing, including Bug fixing in other MDG domains when needed
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to other project team members
- Write training materials for Super Users and end-users in other MDG domains when needed
- Train "client" trainers and Super Users and help train end-users on SAP MDG in other MDG domains when needed

MANDATORY FIELDS

1. Proven MDG-Customer implementation experience is a must (preferably full life cycle implementation, or at least business blueprinting)

2. Fluent English skills is a must

3. Ability to travel when required in Europe is a must

4. Knowledge of and proven experience in the other MDG domains ie MDG-Finance, MDG-Supplier, and MDG-Material is a big advantage

5. Knowledge of and proven experience in SAP SD/MM/FICO is a big advantage
