SAP Lead/on-Site Co-Ordinator

NETbuilder is a leading provider of specialist software, IT and fully managed services to a range of tier 1 clients in both public and private sectors.

Our client is an international law firm based in London and operates from 30 commercial centres in 23 countries, offering legal services to a variety of companies, financial institutions, and government entities. Our client has a large global infrastructure of IT systems and applications to support organizational needs using SAP, standard packages and other bespoke applications using a range of systems and technologies.

Your role will be to:

- Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis, break/fix resolution, recurring routine maintenance and enhancement activities, gather and analyse problems or data and identify and recommend improvements to ensure quality of development, testing and documentation as per global standards
- Define and execute test cases for unit, integration, system functional, stress and regression testing, as well as acquire user acceptance sign off
- Work with all areas of IT including outsourced suppliers, vendors and contractors and interact with employees, business partners and consultants across a number of sites
- Act as SAP Subject Matter Expert and mentor more junior team members to follow best practice application support processes
- Co-ordinate with Scrum Master and Release Manager to plan work schedules for development team members across different locations using Microsoft TFS
- Recognise opportunities to develop additional business in both SAP and Microsoft technologies
- Prepare and author technical specifications for new technological developments
- Undertake Level of Effort estimation for all projects

Required Skills

- Overall IT experience of 5+ years
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 programming in SD, MM, PP, PS, HR, PM, FI, CO and Cross Applications
- Experience in developing Classical and Interactive ABAP Reports, Dialog Programs using Module Pool Programs, design of screens or transactions using Screen Painter and Menu Painter, Function Modules, SAP scripts and Smart Forms
- Proven project management and implementation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work in and across a variety of business, functional and technical teams
