SAP IS Team Leader - Dutch Speaker

Prior Knowledge and Skills:

Possesses a thorough and wide knowledge and experience of business and commercial practice in the sectors in which work is undertaken.

Mandatory Tasks:
Carry out assignments alone, or lead a small team of consultants. Assume responsibility and authority for decision making within own area of expertise that will have a significant medium to long term effect on the client organization.
work effectively with client staff, securing their involvement, confidence, and co-operation in executing assignments, generating their buy-in and ownership of the work performed.
Have sufficient overview knowledge to understand the relevance and relative importance of own specialist area and other areas. Contribute fully to multi-specialist teams.
Plan and organize the work of a small group of consultants on an assignment. Demonstrate management and leadership of the group.

Optional Tasks:
Undertake assignments outside own area of expertise. Form a view as to how assignments can be carried out. Plan, monitor and control activities as necessary. Carry out research to assimilate necessary knowledge. Seek and obtain relevant expertise as appropriate.
