We are urgently supporting an international client of ours in their search for a Hybris Training Lead to plan a training programme based in Munich for an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities;
Responsible for LEADING AND MANAGING delivery OF ALL END USER TRAINING FOR HYBRIS implementation project
Partners with the Implementation team on PREPARING THE TRAINING CONTENT AND TRAINING MATERIALS.
Conduct/identify/manage training needs assessment
Partners with key stakeholders to understand organizational impacts and when appropriate, manages development of activities to mitigate challenges
Implement lessons learned for the future Roll-outs
Fluent ENGLISH
