SAP HR Technical Analyst - Developer
Our client a leading international company is looking for a SAP HR Technical Analyst - Developer
The SAP HR Technical Analyst - Developer will have the following technical skills:
Extensive experience in creation technical analyse depending functional analyse.
SAP HR data model - in the Technical analyses.
Review ABAP developments
Taking ownership in enhancement or project - technical aspect
Creation of technical analyse for Back End functionalities
The SAP HR Technical Analyst - Developer will follow-up technical implementation (portal & Back End developments)
Creation of test scripts for developer
Ensure correct delivery of new developments
Test delivery before handover to functional analyst
You will have experience in SAP Backend developments (Abap & Abap OO)
- ABAP reporting via logical databases
- dialog Programming
- ABAP Query reporting
- upload/download HR data in PA - PD
- Infotype (PA-PD) maintenance
- creation & supporting of HR Webservices (NOT PI, only SAP RFC's)
- working in a unix environment
- payroll cluster consultation & processing of payroll information
- creation & supporting of SAP Workflows
- ALE maintenance
- HR authorisations (know how to integrate in programs)
- version Mngt of developments is essential
- knowledge on SAP Query
Technical experience in SAP ERP HCM 6.0,
- development Webdynpro for ABAP
- configuration forms & processes
- development of Adobe interactive forms
- activation of Standart ESS/MSS processes (eg personal profile)
* Experience in SAP HR Customizing
creation of events
creation of PD Objects & relations
creation dynamic events
integration PA/PD process
Payroll & time scheme
* General required competences of the consultant:
functional knowledge of the SAP HR domains - datamodel (Master data, 0rganisational management, Time Management) and knowledge of portal (ESS/MSS) functionalities & integration of portal functionalities towards Back End at least 5 years proven experience in sevearal SAP ERP HR domains, strong customer orientation and result driven, high focus on transparency and open communication, excellent analysis and problem solving skill, flexibility to work with remote teams, and handling multiple tasks in a dynamic IT environment

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English (Mandatory) - French and/or Dutch (nice to have)
