SAP HR PROJECT MANAGER (SUCCESSFACTORS)- 12 MONTH CONTRACT
Our client requires a SAP HR Project Manager to be based at their offices in Switzerland on a 12 month contract. Fluent French and English language skills are essential.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE SAP HR PROJECT MANAGER WILL BE:
Implementation of the new Job Grading & Rewards in all IT systems (HR, Finance, ...)
Coordinate production start-ups (especially interfaces)
Ensure the consistency and the evolution of the target functional architecture according to the business needs and the strategy of the information systems
Define with the business project manager the functional requirements (preliminary studies, description of procedures, specifications, business analysis) and priorities, in particular the interfaces to be implemented (EAI Biztalk)
Assist the business project manager in the project plan preparation plan (organization, division, quality, validation, risk management, etc.) and in the direction of the project
Implementation of an online repository for job grading
Participate in the project committee
Launching and conducting tenders and coordinating relations with ICT suppliers
Manage the design, development and implementation of technical architectures complying with IT standards
Responsible for the delivery of the technological solution until the correct functioning of the support of the solution
Coordinate release management
Follow-up of the methodology in place and institutional tools
Link between the business lines and the various ICT businesses
THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE SAP HR PROJECT MANAGER ARE :
Knowledge of Successfactors (SAP) and/or PeopleNet (Meta4) tools
Knowledge of the Strategic ERP (BMC) tool
Knowledge of a payroll system (headings and dependencies)
Soft skills and integration with a team of about twenty project managers
Leadership
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing situation
Ability to manage stress and the unexpected
Diligence and discretion, professional ethics
Excellent command of French and English (oral + written)
Experience in an international environment

900-1000 CHF PER DAY
