SAP HR Payroll Support Analyst

Disys Corp seeks an experienced SAP HR analyst who has extensive experience in the specialisation of Payroll support for Germany country, with the ability to work in a global team.

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE WORK GROUP

Analyze and understand Human Resource (HR) systems, processes, transactions and business requirements

Configure SAP Payroll module to facilitate HR business processes

Work closely and coordinating with other teams to ensure that changes get implemented as plan

Analyze to provide recommendation and implement SAP legal notes

Design and advice possible solution of new implementation and processes for system enhancement

Analyze business requirement and provide work effort estimate

Perform system maintenance activities such as data archiving, document review and etc

Coordinating and solving complex process issues

Deliver user training and system documentation

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Must speak, read and write English fluently

Excellent communication skills

At least 4 years experience in Payroll area for SAP R3.4.6C/SAP ECC6.0 Human Resources Module

Experienced in analysing and testing SAP Support Packages

Experience in information system life cycle methodologies

Experience in HR processes is a plus

Experience in new payroll implementation is a plus

Any SAP ABAP experience is a plus

Any accounting knowledge is a plus

Experienced working in a global group

Knowledgeable on standard Client Server applications

Knowledgeable on Internet/Network Infrastructure

The individual will interact with teams in other regions. Some degree of working hour flexibility along with time-zone awareness and consideration for cultural differences is required.
