My client is looking for a Senior Subject Matter Associate who will be responsible for creating, validating and maintaining the Organisational Structure within the company.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP HR OM processes.

The role holder will be responsible for validating organisational structures. This will involve constant liaison with HR teams among others.

Other responsibilities include:
-Contingent Worker Record Maintenance
-SAP Workflow Management and Control
-HR Finance Hierarchy
-Processes and Operating Procedures
