Lead SAP HR Consultant - 6 Month rolling contract - Brussels

Our clients SAP team requires a Lead Consultant in SAP HR with the following knowledge, expertise and experience:

HCM Processes & Forms

Floor Plan Manager

SAP Workflow

Strong HR Configuration Skills (specifically infotypes, CATS, Performance Management)

ABAP knowledge desirable

Strong communication and business analysis skills to work with business to develop simple and effective workflows

Desire to take lead on testing

The role is designed to focus on the development and implementation of a number of Forms and Processes to support the transfer from manual and paper-based processes into SAP to enhance the activities already taking place in SAP-HR.

The consultant will work closely with the business process owners to understand the process in question, design how this will best work in SAP, challenge any inconsistencies and encourage/recommend improvements.

These will be implemented within SAP using the HR Processes & Forms technology, specifically Floor Plan Manager and the consultant should be skilled in this area with the ability to implement the design in good time. To this end ABAP knowledge is beneficial.

Strong background in HR configuration is needed.

This implementation will support the review and simplification of the HR processes and will automate, standardize and control the workflow for the forms used.
