SAP (HR/HCM) Project Manager – CEE (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Create and manage the overall customer's project plan for the CEE region to ensure all project activities are planned, delivered on time and within budget and that issues are documented, managed and escalated as appropriate
-To follow the project methodology as provided by the external provider to the project and enhance in order to ensure full coverage of all project objectives and deliverables including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery
-Manage project risk, issues, dependencies and assumptions
-Review all project change requests, provide necessary challenge to the customer and vendor teams and make recommendation for rejection / approval
-To ensure the timely delivery of the project deliverables according to the defined acceptance process and to the agreed quality
-To be responsible for project managing across three country implementation projects (coordinating of resources) and taking troubleshooting actions where appropriate
-To facilitate the project governance and change management processes ensuring forums are occurring and prepared on time and stakeholders to those meetings are properly briefed

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Educated to degree level
-Qualification in PRINCE2, Black Belt or similar project management methodologies
-Extensive project management experience, preferably across multiple countries
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and MS Project
-Experience in multi-country SAP project implementations (preferably SAP-HCM) a definite plus
-Experience in HR also a plus
-Experience in vendor management a plus
-Very good written and verbal English communication skills
-Flexibility and adaptability are a must; as daily priorities and activities can change based on the business needs
-Ability to develop presentation materials and facilitate internal meetings and workshops involving all level of attendees
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments, ability to delegate and ensure completeness and integrity of work products
-Strong Quality Assurance and Control skills and the ability to modify/edit project deliverables to ensure superior quality products are submitted
-Able to travel in the region in order to fulfil the project requirements
