Your tasks:
- Consulting/conception in the modules PA / PY / PT in SAP HR
- Analyzing of the necessary activities and recognition of changes in the SAP HR installation due to legal requirements and other deliveries and announcements by SAP
- Implementation of Support Packages
- Carrying out SPAU/SPDD and customizing adjustments
- Adapting customer-specific reports and functions
- Analysis schemas and cycles
- Consulting regarding the Support Packages in the Q-System and P-System
- Creation of test concepts
Your qualification:
- Expert knowledge for German payroll in SAP
- Expert knowledge for HR processes in general in SAP
- Expert knowledge for programming in the HR environment SAP
- Knowledge of German tax law and German social security law
- Fluent German- and English
